Metal eyeball things that chased me through an underground maze.

I killed some of these lantern monsters because they were "evil". After I finished one turned into something that looked a bit like a dragon and a wolf as if that's what was in the basket. Might draw it, maybe not.

This weird-ass thing killed a random woman in a house that looked somewhat like mine... it hid in different places, waiting for the woman to come by. I think it had a chainsaw or something like that, but im not really sure.

The only dream creature I've ever dreamt of : a shadow person.

He sat at my cousin's sofa in their house, and when I saw it I got REALLY angry, started shouting "what are you?? what are you doing to my cousins?? Leave them alone!!" and he laughed at me.. I attacked him, and woke up sweating, really nervous, grabbing my sheets.

The funny thing is that my mom dreamt about the same guy, but this time he was saying that I would never be anyone in life, because he wouldn't let me. He said that I was faded to fail at everything.

This is the fat man in my dream.
The dream was heavily Yume Nikki-influenced.
I was walking on a dark road when there was a closet in my way, and when I opened it, there was a morbidly fat man stuck in the closet. I was disgusted and I started stabbing him through the closet doors, and I took out his heart. His heart had my face on it.

I don't remember it all that well, but I once had dream in which a teenage girl who looked around my age was standing at my door. I was about to ask her who she was when a black shadow appeared from behind her. It started saying odd things to me in a creepy voice.

What I remember, the dream was really weird. But I've had weirder dreams with characters from TV shows.

This is a Samurai Scarecrow. It is mass-produced and is used to guard homes. It has somewhat ambiguous magic powers and is not incredibly strong, being a scarecrow.

This lady. She looks completely innocuous (a bit derpy even) at first. Then she makes you her slave and subjects you to electroshock therapy whenever she gets the urge to. I know she's just a freaky human but god fucking damn I was so frightened of her while I was dreaming. XP

Silverfish is one of the earliest dreams I can still remember. I was like 8 or 9. It was long enough ago that I can't really remember what he looked like, but I know he had dark glasses and a black nose, as if afflicted with frostbite.

Here is Diadrin. He's from a Fallout 3 themed dream I had.

In the dream, which took place several hundred years after FO3, the Capitol Wasteland has become more habitable due to Harold the tree and Project Purity. There are still mutated creatures roaming around above and below ground. Diadrin is one of these. He was exposed to radiation during his mother's gestational period and emerged as a teal-skinned child. As he grew, he developed a skin harder than diamond, unparalled psychic powers, and an immense hatred for just about everything. He blames every "normal" human being for what happened to him and due to this wants to control the Wasteland. I ran across him in a dream and tried to fight him, but I was quickly defeated.

Sadly, I have a hard time just REMEMBERING my dream characters although I sometimes have at rare times.

What I can remember from the dream was that I was on Bulbapedia looking up something and saw this new Pokémon. According to its article, it's a Fire/Ghost-type and possibly an event Pokémon. For its name, all I can remember is the nickname I was planning on giving it: Jabit.

I had a dream about catching a little shrimp creature with a swirled shell on it's back.

I took it to my garden and buried it alive and grew a beautiful coral plant in it's place.

This is my dream mother. The first time i saw her I was wandering around a village-type area. Imagine an African village, or the Barracks (if all the houses were beige or brown). I followed the sound of her voice till it lead me to a house with the word "Ready?" on the door. It was my living room and kitchen. My mother was there driking coffeé in her usual robe, with my dog at her feet. At the time, I thought I was awake because I had a dream inside the dream. I told her about it, and then asked "Am I still dreaming?"

BOOM, her hair (and my dog) go black. She looked at me with the most disappointed look a mother can give. She said calmly "No sweetie, you're still dreaming... Just... Wake up...". I think I cried after that. >.>

I was playing hide and seek with some friends in an abandoned office building. Somehow I was able to go down the stairwell to the bottom floor without them noticing and stepped out into a well furnished area. There was a nicely dressed man hanging out on a couch watching tv or something and he asked if I was lost. Something really creeped me out abut this guy so I said no and walked out of that room into a semi-narrow hallway.
It looked like an unfinished, concrete basement. On one side was an elevator. The concrete flooring extended to the right for a bit and then sloped off into a bottomless pit for a few more feet and then there was a wooden, splinter-y wall. Somehow there was a man clinging to that wall for dear life, above the bottomless pit. He looked just like the guy sitting on the couch earlier, except he was dirty with torn clothing. He was looking right at me and could hardly breathe. I looked behind me and the nicely dressed man was following behind.
The moment I realized that the better-looking man was an imposter of the other guy, his face twisted into this crazy primary-colored mask thing. I froze for a moment, but then I heard deep breathing right behind me. I turned around again and that battered man somehow teleported from off that wall he was clinging to and he lunged.
I dove out of the way and he started beating the hell out of primary-faced guy. Their arms started fusing together or some crazy shit and I just got out of there and escaped up the elevator.

Woman I saw in my nightmare. She was a normal woman, but then she become a monster or something, with cables from her head and stuff... Creepy girl, but I really liked her till she tried to kill me...

I'd love to draw some of the insane stuff I've seen during all my 'dreamtime'. Perhaps I can reserve some free time to paint something for this thread.

So, when I was like 6-7 years old, I lived in my grandparent's house. They had this bust of a woman of some nationality I can't remember. It was very pretty, but at the time something about it creeped me out.
One night, I dreamed I was in the kitchen, with the lights off. On the stove, there was that woman. She was on fire, and she was talking to me, but she didn't utter any words. Her eyes and the inside of her mouth were on fire too.
It was a very creepy sight...

These guys aren't exactly creatures, but I rarely find something considered a "creature" in my dream.

Anyway. Here's a gay couple I saw in a dream I had about a week ago. The silver-haired guy's name is Haro (that's what the dream told me). He's quiet, can come off as a douchebag, and is secretly a pervert.

The redhead's name is Eddy. He's happy all the time and loves being all lovey-dovey with Haro when nobody's looking. When someone caught them making out, they were separated for a while and Eddy was really sad. But all was good after they were reunited at an entirely different house. Or something.

She bit my calf and I woke up from the shock.

First time postin' on this website, so, here I am.

This weird thing didn't really do anything to me, but he scared the living hell out of me.
He lurked around on the stairs of this weird mansion and I was the only one who could see him.

Just kinda stood there. That's about it.

Heres one from a fever dream I had, I called him a Water Trap. I dont know what his body looks like except that it`s ridiculously small for his head, kind of like a Trapinch, the colours too.
He swims faster than speedboats and hunts these dolphin/shark things. He can walk around on the ground too surprisingly.

The "Pixie." When I first saw it, I instinctively thought that it would make my dreams come true. When I grabbed for it, I woke up from hitting the wall. It really hurt. Ever since then, the Pixie has been related to waking up.

I once dreamed that I was in a school that was basically one big gladiator's tournament. There were crossbows and Billy clubs and spears and chariots and a few swords. Anyways the fighting was mostly for fun but there was no penalization for causing fatalities although it was down looked upon and often resulted in people ganging up on you. Anyways I had a sword and a pair of bat wings growing out of my back (but the wings are nothing new I have that in all my dreams).

At the beginning of each battle they just released hundreds of people into a field and said "FIGHT!" It was sort of a free for all so naturally people formed clans, you mess with one member you mess with them all. But I never joined a clan, I kept myself, and everyone that I battled a battle to the death. I wasn't afraid to cut someone in half who stood in my way, so everyone hated me so much. At one point in the dream a very large group that used strength in numbers and wielded Billy clubs and wore black robes confronted me. They kept rambling on about how what I was doing was wrong and how I'd pay the price if I didn't stop. So with one swing of my sword I cut the four in front of me in half midsentence. Then some big guy from a clan that was a head and a half taller than me and said "hey you can't" but that was only had time to say before he was in two places at once. So I turned to the rest of the clan and said "anyone else got som'n funny to say" they shook their heads and I said "didn't think so", and so they turned and walked away.

But the thing was that I wasn't the only one who had an exclusive all kill policy. The other was a girl about my age with sholder length dark hair and a dark green, bloodstained, renaissance fashion dress. She also had a sword like I did. Everyone hated us but we both loved killing the people who hated us so much. As a result we decided to become a team and together we would kill everyone else. We sort of fell in love with each other and we both knew it but would never really admit to it.

We were just about to enter another battle when I woke up :(

Once I had a dreamed that after I fell asleep I rose up out of my body in a ghostly black bat winged form. I flew out over my neighborhood and Caused nightmares in children. There were others like me to but we payed each other no attention.

I had a dream about Silverfish last night.

Dude wouldn't leave me alone. I didn't recognize him as Silverfish in the dream, but I knew that I should get as far from him as possible. I ran like a motherfucker. I think I ended up in Antarctica or something... AND THERE HE WAS! Everywhere I went, I couldn't get away from him.
I woke up and thought "Oh shit, that was Silverfish!"

As far as my notable dream characters, in that same dream I met a skeleton camera-guy. He was a pretty cool guy, as you would expect a skeleton in a Hawaiian shirt to be.
But his partner was some fat bloated zombie guy. That guy was as much of an asshole as he looks in the picture. Seriously, fuck that guy.

Keep improving your dream recall and you'll see things eventually. If it comes down to it, do some Lucid Dreaming and demand that your dream world produce something unsettling. It'll be glad to oblige.

This boy, along with others, were some group of murderers that had some uber evil shadow-like connection to the supernatural. I remember being involved but wanting out quickly... and thats when they went after me....

Why isn't Silverfish used in a /yume/ banner?

This is "the Darkness". It had no name in the dream, so I just call it that.

Its base form is a cloud or a moving shadow, as seen here; it can manipulate its shape into whatever it wants. In it's base form, it has little to no power; it achieves its ends by appealing to the hearts of weak people. It offers them "great power". which is a way for it to latch on to the person's soul and twist their desires and goals to its own. It only has power when it's using a human as its avatar, because it apparently operates on a different plane of existence despite being visible in the physical world. The only way it can access the physical world is by jumping into a human. Eventually it will consume it's avatar's body and have to find a new one.

The boy is one of its victims; his name is Malevolent (that's the name other dream characters gave him, I'm sticking with it for now). He's part of a genetically altered race of people who have psychic/telekinetic powers. They achieve their power via an injection which changes their biological makeup and supposedly also makes them radiocative, so they're not allowed to mix with the general public and only leave their hub when their powers are needed to fight monsters. Malevolent was injected, but he has no powers. Having been shunned by other members of his race, he is emotionally vulnerable and becomes the Darkness' new avatar.

My paint-fu is shit, so here is a close approximation to my energy worm.

I dreamed of hunting down a gigantic creature that looked like a centaur gone wrong - it had a man's torso stuck to the horse's chest area, and the horse head was neighing constantly as though it was in pain. I remember it being a deep reddish brown all over, with a mane and tail made of wispy shadows. It also had all sorts of grimy ornaments, as well as a large bladed weapon (I can't remember what it was exactly). Everything the weapon touched turned to ice.

For whatever reason, my first thought was to name it a "Kinnaur."

Plants from a dream I had last night. There was this willy wonka-like man who took children and took them and turned them into seeds for his plants. At the start of the dream, he asked me to move one of them by removing the flower and replanting it, and there was a really detailed view of me pushing my fingernail into the stalk and twisting it while plant-juice and a very minute amount of blood dripped out of it. All of the other children got to take seeds to plant them- the willy wonka man had a square brown box filled 3x3 with other square boxes filled with bottles of a maroon colored liquid. I don't know if you guys know what Dr Hauschka's bottles look like, but that's what the seed/ liquid came in. It was a very long dream, so I won't post all of it. I remember asking his wife why she married him and she said "Do you think I married for love?".

The weirdest part is that, in the dream, I was an 8-10 year old boy with platinum blonde hair and hazel eyes. I'm a 17 year old girl with dirty blonde hair and brown eyes.

My first post in this thread... okay, lets do this

I had a dream last month where I was watching an episode of Friendship Is Magic. Twilight Sparkle and Spike are in a cave and Spike presents a large spiky glowing red thing to Twilight, who says it's a "Sea Orchid". Spike asks her if she meant Urchin but the thing jumps out of his hands and shoots glowing red spikes everywhere, revealing itself to have been a smooth black sphere that was covered in them.

Twilight slows the spikes down with her magic, and the scene changes to some kind of glowing tunnel, kind of like the tunnel between worlds from Coraline. At the end of the tunnel the guy in the image is sneering at the viewer and laughing.

We then see a picture of him in full size, holding onto a cliff and staring into said tunnel while underwater and he's like this huge black sea dragon-serpent thing that's covered in those Sea Orchids from earlier (see image).

Twilight turns into a seapony thing to fight him (if you can see the little purple blotch in the image, that's a size reference of how big he was compared to Twilight)- her back legs are replaced by a gold-yellow fish tail and her front hooves turn into hands/flippers.

The more I look at these, the more horrifying they are.

This guy scares the shit out of me. Sometimes he'll just stand and watch from a distance, and sometimes he'll start walking towards me. I've never seen him up close because every time he starts walking, I wake up.
I'm sort of curious what might happen if he reaches me, but I have a sneaky suspicion that he'll probably just rip my face off or something.
Anyway, here he is.

Weird tree thing with a wooden dragon head, with it's tongue hanging limply out. Also had an image of my face superimposed in his body, wearing a ballgag and blindfold. A little girl with teeth for a head would jump around and hide behind the tree, giggling.

I never really remember any characters or creatures in detail. I can only remember things like basic shape or clothes. I wish I could remember them better.

You're at a strange movie theater city, you're standing on a platform, and in front of you, there's another platform, with this person, you feel as though he's the coolest person in the universe, he jumps to the next platform, you follow, but accidentally fall to your 'death'.

I'm terrible at drawing, and I'm using my touchpad, so please bear with me.

My dream was going fine until the last part.
The last part had that 1980's famicom style with creepy orange and light green colors, and more dark and white colors here and there.
It had what looked like Sabitsuki dressed as Remilia, and some other unknown girl dressed as Flandre.
They were (somehow) covering over each other's eyes, until a few seconds later when they uncovered each other's eyes to reveal white, giant eyes. (see picture, albeit it's not as correct as I'd hoped - her eyes where pixelated)
Their mouths were also wide open, with lots of jagged teeth. (see picture)
The music had changed too, of course, into something that sounded like a bunch of screams synchronized into a "song" of sorts.
