I'm considering depriving myself of sleep for around 3-5 days.... Will this give me an awesome dream? Or will it make me not dream at all? Or is it just better to have a semi regular sleep schedule.I really enjoy dreaming, and I'm just trying to make it so that I can get to the point of lucid dreaming alot. Well actually... it is VERY VERY bad not not sleep, i believe you are more prone to DIABETES when you dont sleep, so if you decide to do it, only ONLY eat HEALTHY foods... according to the psychology books' units on sleep that I've read though... And a special I saw on TV about too... but one can never be sure

I once went a week with about 1-2h sleep per night.Once after about 2 days without sleep I started feeling fear from the corner of my field of vision everywhere I looked. Like anything could just jump out and attack kind of feeling.
You're going to see some funky shit after the 3 day mark. I heard of somebody experimenting with sleep deprivation who actually saw a wall open up into a forest right before his eyes.
take some extra melatonin. it helped me dream and get better sleep
If you do hallucinate, you should take a camera with you to take pictures of the things you can't believe yo're seeing.To prove they aren't real, y'know
