I think that as you get effects he changes, the only change I noticed though was more green blood came out.Pic related, I love that world. The first time I got there the little creatures that you can make puke scared me.

The only coding related to it is the ability to stab it, and the Rnd [0-255] chance of being teleported to the footprint path. In fact, I'm not even seeing that color scheme in the game's tilesets at all.
