It's a random chance of happening for each bed. I've heard the one in Snow world has the best chance of teleporting you there, but I'm not 100% certain about that. You can also use the bed in your dream room, it's easier to access. Good luck.
Use Mado's room, sleep, pinch awake, sleep .. and so forth. I needed three tries to get to the staircase.
