I just got the last effect (Buyo buyo for me,) then I went to sleep again, went back in my room and like an idiot forgot I was asleep and went to bed (again). I was teleported to the hand staircase, so apparently Mado's own bed can do that. Just saying.

the easiest way to get there, is using the bed at Mado's room in dream world.Just keep waking up and trying again if it doesn't work the first time.
