Not that I know of, the only 'rare' event in the alley is that eye that pops out sometimes in the water where the faceless ghost effect is. Now that I think of it, I should have drawn it in the picture. :/

Because ingame, he doesn't gently tilt his head. He just... stands there not staring at Madotsuki, but at YOU.
