Hell, Im new to this whole yume nikki thing. The game, art. and forums.
( Just found out how to post on 4chan )
I saw a few people roleplaying yume nikki on /x/ on 4chan and i never saw that before.
So i wondered if people roleplay yume nikki alot. Then wondered if people cosplayed. Then i wondered how people would even cosplay yume nikki....

That is a PSP. I have one just like that. It's the older model; the newer ones are lighter and much more expensive.

Least: either Pastel Shoals or the Dark World

I like the 8bit house from mother. It has an unsettling feeling very opposite from Mother 1. In that game the wide open fields are like...'adventure' and this is like...'oh I'm going to wander vast lands and meet friends...oh a house...agoraphobia again...'

Gee, right as I get to the place the game crashes and gives me this error.

Edit: Fix'd if I use Rozencrab's file he posted on /media/, but I can't transfer my save files...

Oddly enough, Yume Nikki will not let you go in the Mother type world if you happen to have all of the effects.

So just go to the nexus or whatever, and just drop an effect that you do not like, I personally dropped the Demon/Oni effect.

And it should work now, without having to switch files and what not.

Wasn't sure where to post this thread so I figured general would do.

I was browsing around and found a thread the other day where people were talking about songs that reminded them of Yume Nikki, and somebody posted this song: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jt7AF2RCMhg

I got these images in my head of the YN characters in Alice scenes and started sketching some of them down. What do you guys think? If you guys like it, I'll refine them, make more and turn it into a fan video.

How do I load Yume Nikki in to this? I'm working on a fansite with a thorough "Dream Atlas" and could really use access to the map files. I know some of you around here have fun hacking Yume Nikki, so can anyone help? Thanks.

If I attempt to open it normally, the Japanese characters appear as question marks and I can't even access the folder. If I attempt to open it after running RPG Maker as Japanese via AppLocale, the characters appear just fine and I can get to the proper directory, but then the "OK" button or whatnot is greyed out and it won't let me open it. ;_;
