Wandering /x/phile here, those two pictures were supposedly done by a schizophrenic/mentally ill woman. Sorry I dont have a proper sauce to show you, but I definatly remember seeing this on 4chans/x/ before the /b/raids and they usually started image dumps of artwork from mentally disturbed people.

The painting looks very similar to a freshman psychology schoolbook I saw some years ago, on shizophrenia. You might want to look up schizophrenic art in general - the feel is very much the same.Pic related: Louis Wain, during a schizophrenic period.
