There's an area you can find in the snow world that has a house. Inside the house is the girl across this board fans named Poniko. She has a green shirt and a pony tail. There's a light switch by the door that you can interact with turning the lights on and off. Every time you enter the room there's a 1/64 chance uboa will appear when you flip the light switch. So if you want to see it you have to keep leaving the house and coming back to get him. I recommend just watching the video until he gets to the house so you know where to go yourself. It's time consuming, but once it happens you'll have seen one of the landmark events in YN.
