I was wondering if anyone had seen this before. I found it on 4chan's /x/ before knowing Uboa's name and even about the existence of Yume Nikki.

I believe it's loosely based on the "Holder of the End" creepypasta.

Hello, /uboa/.
I learned about Uboa a while ago and now I have a lot of trouble sleeping. I have yet to dream of him, though. I don't understand what I find so creepy about a face.
What should I do to stop being afraid of him?

I'm still scared poopless of Uboa, mainly because it's a combination of my two biggest fears (silhouettes and fluorescent figures in dark areas).
I've found that I've mostly overcome my fear of Uboa because of how interesting it is as well as terrifying. That could be of my strange habit of being incredibly fascinated and intrigued by things that really frighten me though O o
Either way, I agree with 789. Looking up funny and cute pictures of Uboa will probably do the most justice. (I may force myself to do that in fact, cause I really wanna make an Uboa costume but I KNOW it'll scare the bloody hell out of me when I walk into the room D:)
