So I have a pretty decent understanding of Japanese but I'm nowhere near fluent. I've been trying for hours to translate one of the books in the library as best I can, but besides the fact that it doesn't seem to make a lot of sense I cannot figure out what one of the kanji is. It's the book in the southmost row with the creepy music. Here's what I've got so far:
-------------------------------------------
A: sono (the kanji I can't figure out)->??reta tokei wa tokei desu ka?
That ___ clock is a clock?
B: iie tokei dewa arimasen. いいえ 時計 でわ ありません。
tomatta jiten de tokei dewa arimasen. 停まった 時点 で 時計 でわ ありません。
It's not a clock.
It's isn't the moment the clock stopped.
A: dewa sore wa nani desu ka?
Then what is that?
B: tomatta tokei, moshiku wa tokei no katachi o shita mono, 停まった 時計, もしくは 時計 の 形 を した もの、
moshiku wa tokei datta mono desu. もしくは 時計 だった もの です。
A stopped clock, otherwise used to have the shape of a clock,
otherwise used to be a clock.
A: dewa "tokei" wa doko ni itta no desu ka? でわ ”時計” は どこ に いった のですか?
Then the "clock" is where you went?
B: sore wa wakarimasen.
That I'm not sure about.
A: watashi ga SHINUTO dounarimasu ka? わたし が シヌト どうなります か?
What will happen if I die?
B: sore mo wakarimasen.
I'm not sure about that either.

Be aware I'm not 100% sure about the stuff I have translated as being totally correct or not.. anyone able to help?
