Found this in the library. Sure it is old, but can any of you actually understand and make complete sense of it? It seems... Well from what I understood, really disturbing. Sickening, even. It seems to involve guts, things being ripped from and inserted into the speaker's body... .-.

I'm not fluent in Japanese, but here's a shabby translation of what I believe your picture says.

"My hands are trembling. Have a burning pain.
It was a keloid, little by little, I can see it getting worse.

For the love of God, I want to fall.
Ouch. Painful. Why me?

I move the glass window. I look horrible.
Day follows I sleep, morning comes. (This line I'm not too sure about)

Mother Mother Mom"

Edit: Also, this is a keloid: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Keloid

Wonder what is going on in this snippet.

There seems to be a lot of disturbing things in the library.

I think it would be pretty cool if someone competent in Japanese could translate all the stuff in the library. It'd take a long while, but I've always been really curious what the flavor text says...

I've transcribed another one, it seems to be some kind of love poem, but I don't entirely understand it. Can someone tell me what is this?

やめて。
やめて。
あなたに触った心がゆがむ。

心の中を見せて。
私がそれを,
緑色のクレヨンで
塗りつぶしてあげる。

やさしくなれたら,
もう一度見せて。

あなたの心をもうー度。

今度はー緒に,みどりろ。

Correction for the last two sentences:

あなたの心をもう一度。

今度は一緒に,みどりろ。

Okay, I decided I'll try to transcribe/translate most of the library stuff. Unfortunately, I'm having a hard time recognizing some characters, because of the low res bitmap fonts, but I'll try to do it anyway.

I start with the easier ones.

This one says マージナルビビッドワーカー, which translates to "Marginal Vivid Worker". It appears to be some kind of meme on Pixiv.

And this one says:

紅い部屋の正しい歩き方

The correct way to walk in the red room
(But I'm not entirely sure about this)

不思議な雑誌 8月号付録

Mysterious Magazine August issue supplement

I know it doesn't make much sense, it's just a quite rough translation.

Is there something about a green crayon? Am I reading that correctly?

>>2861
I think the unit for the squid is something that roughly translates into "round segments" or "round pieces" and 円 means round in this instance. My guess is that the recipe is calling for those rings that are formed from chopping up the body portion of the squid after the body has been skinned and cleaned out, and is stating this so that tentacles are not used in the recipe.--Then again, you seem to know more Japanese than me, so perhaps I'm completely wrong.

Sure does.
