Effects menu Anonymous 11/06/20(Mon)13:41 No.2548 [Delete] [Edit]

Looks like yesterday new version came out. I downloaded it and started playing. I never played 2kki before, but I figured out something's wrong: looks like I'm missing effects menu altogether! Should I download previous versions and then overwrite it with 0.95e? If so, how many versions should I go back to get the game playable as much as possible?

gah .094e already.
here's what it looks like out of the box. only .094c needed a past version because it was a messed up release. the rest are solid.
