My brother was the one playing when he ended up there, so I don't know the exact way. D: He's sleeping right now, so I'll ask him once he wakes up.
There's nothing inside of it, but the room was constantly flashing with these broken TV-like buzzes. And after a while it became impossible to enter the menu or use any effects. And after that you're kicked out of the room.

Follow the instruction for getting the invisible effect BUT, instead of "Go[ing] straight ahead in the bowling alley" , go up the left lane and interact with the triple pins at the top.

When you do, you will be transported to the closed space in the bowling world you were previously in (with the runaway balls and pins) with the pink bowling pin. Interact with this pin and you will be transported to a hallway with windows.

As soon as you are in this room you will see a sane shadow lady walking to the left; follow her (you won't be able to keep up though). You will see a window with a black spot on it; interact with it (I don't know if it is required but I did it anyway) keep going left and you will eventually see a slow ghost version of Urotsuki (if you're normal she's normal, if you're on the bike so is she). Keep going left and you will see a black man and a black window next to him. Interact with the window. You are now in the neon version of Madotsuki's room. When you get out interact with one of the windows with silhouettes and you will end up at the top right exit of the art gallery(!) (I wonder where the left exit leads from, if anywhere)

Oh and by the way, do you know how to find the little green guy that sends you to the world where you get the trumpet and the baddie bar? I can't find him in 93e.

Side note: In the Urotsuki's appartment world, two of the locked doors can be opened ( I think the other two are exit only). The top floor door opens with the glasses, the second floor left door opens with twintails.

It's a glitch I believe. Going right causes it to happen, irregardless of whether you kill the black man or not.

I think I've found another glitch: there is a 3D dungeon crawling area with a green question mark on the floor that displays some text when you walk on it (I think it kind of says, what the map says and what you see aren't the same, (to get there go to the Urotsuki's apartment world and go to the black and white room in the basement and equip the glasses, one of the lower entrances will have an arrow), and when you get to the end, you end up in a pitch black 3d maze that you can only navigate by sound, that leads you back to the 3D dungeon crawling area of the block world. But I think it kind of glitches (depending on how you exit, when I got out one time I was simply in the block world with no glitches) in that your movements are reversed, and the gray blocks reappear (you can make them all vanish by going through the all-gray portion of the maze).

Maybe a glitch, walking around like this is pretty debilitating actually, and z turns Urotsuki into the little graphic that is displayed on the map..... But I don't think that the ghost-urochan transporting you to a closed area if you go right is a glitch.
