Then, go to the room on your left, kill the Telephone, and use the Telephone effect and stand where the Telephone was for about 10 seconds. Just go in the direction the masked guy is pointing at and you'll reach the area with the X you can chainsaw.You can no longer penguin your way to the effect, so instead, keep going up until you reach a warp, and solve the rather simple puzzle there (you need to walk through each of the red tiles once, but they disappear when you do so, and you need to end your run at the middle platform). Remember that there are invisible platforms on the north and the south of that map.
