okay, so these five bastards have a chipset based on huge versions of themselves, and they appear in a random event in the dream version of your house when they all appear behind you after you see them on TV (of course, the last time I saw it, the weird mask girl from this videogame Urotsuki has is with them, and she's absent from this chipset). I haven't seen the map where this is used yet, but it does look like a prison. So we have these five, and I will now give them each a spur-of-the-moment nickname... Shadow Lady, Pennywise, Crowdude, Fats, and Gonk.I call them all "Chasers" since the behavior of the Shadow Ladies and Pennywise is similar to the Toriningen from Yume Nikki (the Shadow Ladies particularly so) and last I checked Fats and Gonk teleport you to an inescapable area, no idea yet whether they chase you. So what the heck are they and what do they represent and what do they want with Urotsuki?THEORIES IS GO

Hmmm. While Fats, Crowdude, and Gonk (i like your names for them, by the way... Pennywise D:) are monsters, they don't necessarily... represent anything. I mean, Crowdude kinda looks like... a crow, but that doesn't necessarily mean he represents a fear of birds or whatever shit. I think the aforementioned trio are meant to represent indistinct shadows that chase one through one's dreams. The Shadow Lady/ies are different, I think. Easily recognizable form, though in makeup they seem to be the same as the other three Shadow Creatures/Chasers. Perhaps she represents something that was once friendly to Uro but has suddenly turned on her. (Their docile/hostile nature also links them to the Toriningen, which is probably meant to provide a parallel to the original game.)Pennywise is just meant to be a creepy fucking clown. That's all.

Investigation has confirmed that this map using this chipset can be found in the new music area at the Underwater Funhouse carnival. You talk to each of the keyboard turtles you meet and they open bridges leading the way to a house with a giant clown statue on top. There are also some benign-looking clowns who play music there. didn't try chainsawing them out of fear, but I think the clowns also have the same Toriningen "DON'T FUCK WITH US BITCH" thing going on.The map with these four guys is indeed a prison and on the first few floors a few cages can be seen containing the blueboys and redgirls who are hanging around all over the park.So far I found Crowdude and Shadowlady. Shadowlady is the first one you see, followed by Crowdude... next is I haven't found out lol, got so excited I just HAD to post about it.

So going down all the way in the prison, you see Shadowlady, Crowdude, Fats, and Gonk. There is a floor below that containing cells occupied by only skeletons. Then there is a room connected to that containing two doors, one for boys and one for girls. This event happened when I tried walking through them. That big pillar comes smashing down on them and leaving those images, then it comes smashing down on Urotsuki and you wake up.

Hey hey! Look what I got for my trouble! Sweet!
If you try to leave the prison a clown girl will block you. Also might be worth mentioning that the clowns will do nothing if you kill them. They're not the same as Pennywise. In Block World if you touch a Shadow Lady/Witch they teleport you to a place with a cross. I always thought that it meant Uro had a mother that was very religious and would always force her to go to church. I mean look at those freaking clothes. Either she's a mourning widow that's pretty bipolar or Shadowmen have wives.that is all from me

I've noted that in addition to the Shadow-ladies there is at least one NPC somewhere (I believe she was in the cruise-liner area) who resembles a shadow lady except her clothes are white, and she's talking to a giant sun. When you pull a chainsaw out, it gets disabled.and in the Pokemon forest area there's a small area accessible only by teleport where there are several crowdudes blocking your escape

>>1646>I mean look at those freaking clothes. Either she's a mourning widow that's pretty bipolar or Shadowmen have wives.Y'know, the first time I saw them, I though "oh hey a cute little witch"....So yeah I always thought of them as creepy shadow witches (like Black Mages in the Final Fantasy series, maybe?) and not widows or anything like that....Maybe Urotsuki is scared of the dark? I mean, her dreamworld is generally very bright and a lot of the 'scary' areas are very dark. And most of her chasers look like shadows (except the FUCKING CLOWNS because they're FUCKING CLOWNS). When I was afraid of the dark, shadows made things completely morphed and scary. Some of these guys might as well be morphed shadows of things that are otherwise harmless.

It should be interesting to note that in the RPGMaker files, the 'clowns' are referred to as Snake Women. The three shadow monsters do chase you but they're all remarkably slow in speed so there's never much fear of being caught by them.
So, why do these five get a chipset but the mask girl who shows up in that videogame and appears in the event when they ambush you in your room doesn't?Maybe she's the closest thing Uro's dreams have to a 'big bad'? She's the root of most if not all of the weird things that happen in the game?I must note, even if four of these guys are rather shadowy they do ambush you in your rather well-lit bedroom.

>>1643>>1644oh god I was just there. oh god oh god ;-; going there, it's fairly obvious what the clowns are doing. They LURE KIDS IN by pretending to be all happy and fun and then they.... do whatever to them ;_;That smashing sequence is kind or reminiscent of a printing press, or a factory, in my opinion. Considering that there's tons and tons of those "imprinted" pillars immediately surrounding the prison... they've been at it for a while...

>>1644I'm not sure how exactly, but there's also a way to get a slightly longer sequence where we see Urotsuki printed on the pillar before the dream ends. I think it involves going in the door that has the opposite gender of what you are.
>>1756The first time I went in the boy door, and I didn't see the longer sequence. I just think on your second time, and going in the opposite doors triggers the event.
>>1756>>1761I think I entered the boy door the first time and the girl door the second and got the extended scene- so maybe the gender does nothing?I wonder if it gets longer

So do we have nicknames for the rest of these guys? Also the guy that chases you to get the bug effect.I've also been wondering, does that fox guy chase you? He hasn't chased me before...(yet)
