Wait, so why does Masada, Monoko and Monoe have to be persons? And Poniko?
They could be parts of her personality. The monochrome ones would be the ones she's already over with, like loneliness (Masada), being shy (Monoe, because fuck, she goes away all the time) or having some family problems/issues, or some kind of physical injury (Monoko). Uboa could be a part of her personality too, like being really angry sometimes, and Poniko could be the a part which she isn't done yet, being cold-hearted/ not really sociable (Not like shyness, but more like ignoring people).Kamakurako could be laziness/sloth, and Mafurako could be feeling invisible to people, which happens a lot if you're shy or if you ignore the people around you.
Another theory I had was about some character.I've seen lots of theorys about Kyukyu-kun and stuff being just embodiments of fear (Like penises WHICH ARE EVERYWHERE IT SEEMS). But why couldn't he be just a toy or a plushie from her childhood?
Sometimes I dream about toys or things I lost, and she may be doing that too
Kyukyu-kun could be a rubber toy, and maybe a cat she used to have broke it (FACE kinda looks like a cat to me)
Parrot-kun (The parrot in raveplace) could be a pet she used to love, like some kind of bird (or a parrot, duh)
Tokuto kun could be just a glass of juice, which fell in a table while having dinner (It doesn't have to be something really important, we dream about almost everything we happen to see that day, but in a more difuse way)
