It comes from 'Sentimental Areole Michael Sakamoto Dada-sensei'. That's all I know, though.
>>364Where the fuck did that come from? Sounds like bullshit to me.
>>364I've heard this name before too, but I don't get how you get "Seccom" or "Masada" out of that.
>>367>>368japan
>>371It all makes sense now
>>368"Ma"ikoru (Michael)"Sa"kamoto"Da"da.
>>364W-what I'd like to know is where the "areole" part comes from...
>>373Haha, that's clever!What about the 'Seccom' part?
>>373
Haha, that's clever!
What about the 'Seccom' part?
I always thought of 'Masada' as in that plateau in Israel. It just seemed rather fitting to me...
>>375It means he is NOT GAY and likes boobies. Preferably Madotsuki's. :I

>>385Or lack thereof?Maybe all of the "guys" are girls and all of the "girls" are guys! Ever wonder why Mado will use the male restroom in the Block world but not the female restroom in... place-you-get-bicycle world? (or is there a way to open it and I am stupid)

>>387You can use both bathrooms. You might have tried to use the one in Graffiti World while on the bicycle; then it doesn't let you go in.
>>388Knowing me that's probably exactly what happened. Disregard that then.

>>364Anon from >373. I always thought it came from "Sentimental Comro/Komuro Michael Sakamoto Dada-sensei"So you get:"SE"ntimental"KOMU"ro"MA"iko/Maikoru"SA"kamoto"DA"daSensei.
>>394That makes a lot of sense actually. But what does "Comro/Komuro" mean?
>>395 Komuro is a surname. Maybe "Sentimental Komuro" is a nickname? The names don't make any sense. WTFUX Sentimental Komuro Michael Sakamoto Dada-sensei. Wtf is a Dada.
>>396Dada [Dadaism] is a cultural movement. In this day and age, people usually apply the term to artwork, but it also applies to certain music, literature, and performance art. It took place during the mid 1910s to the early 1920s, but had a resurgence in the 1960s. Last edited 09/06/27(Sat)20:33.

Sentimental is relating to sentiment, which is mental emotions.Komuro is a surname.Maikoru, Michael.Sakamoto Ryuichi is a pianist I think.Dada, referring to dadaism.Sensei, teacher. So, he's an mental feeling (you decide here) portrayed as a man named Komuro Michael. He's probably got some major influences from Sakamoto Ryuichi, which explains why he'd be a pianist, and possibly a dadaist if it's related not only to visual art but music as well. seccom was named because Secom is a trademarked japanese name already.
>His fan-invented name is Sentimental Komuro Michael Sakamoto Dada-sensei (センチメンタル小室マイケル坂本ダダ先生). Obviously quite a mouthful to pronounce, fans shortened it to Seccom Masada-sensei (the letter c being doubled probably to avoid trademark infringement of a security company of same name, which is famous in Japan). From the Yume Nikki Wiki. I forget what each part of his name actually means. I heard it originated on here though.http://yumenikki.wikia.com/wiki/Masada
