I don't know if anyone has brought this up to you guys before or not so...http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0P4A1K4lXDo&feature=relatedSo in yume nikki is it Coincidence? Homage? Parody? Personally I hope it is just a coincidence.
And here I had JUST posted something in /t/ about how Masada could be a representation of a music video/popstar/b-movie rather than a teacher figure.I think it's pretty likely that this video was reffed, depending on the timeframe. The image of Masada doing a stupid googly-eyed dance o0n the wall in microgravity is really... I dunno, endearing?

>>1908Ah, so this has been brought up. Tanks for letting me know.
Actually I believe the video was suppose to be based on SEGA's "Space Channel 5" Michael was in that game after all with that same costume.
>>1915Wow. I forgot MJ was in that game...But looks it up SC5 came out in 1999 and the scream video came out in 1995.
Mindmelt. But I do remember seeing stuff about Space Chanel 5.
>>1925Space Channel 5 = magic words for me. I fuckin loved that game, and I did get that vibe from the video. Probably inspired the people working on SC5:2 to add him in like that. Now I'm picturing Masada dancing along with Ulala.EDIT: derp mah tripcode Last edited 10/07/23(Fri)10:56.
