The only suggestion I have is that it looks a little bit fuzzy. Maybe the teeth and some of the body should get outlined in a darker gray, but otherwise so far so good. I like the lumpy / spotty texture to it.

Also, as another sprite idea... Tokuto it would be cool to see the digested kitchen + NPC sprited out too. :D

Make this a sprite. Not to reference anything, or to steal Dil's idea, but just to for the freakiness factor. I mean, everybody who has watched this episode of Courage probably has nightmares of this.

Make it a little different, though.

It also makes sense because in the series finale of Courage, this was in his dreams.

If your talking to me, the one who posted Umbrella thing, then yes. When you look in it's direction, it try's to fly away, and when you go near it, it's face becomes angrier and scary looking, until you back off.

I guess he is kind of like a defenseless but scary creature.
