Done. Agnostic here.
Agnostic as well, but I still think that creationism should be gone over in school, but I think Social Studies would probably be the subject for that, not science.
Mostly agnostic, leaning to atheistic here, but I think creationism and stuff like that should stay in Church.
What do you call a person who believes in an omnipotent force (not exactly saying God, but something that exists everywhere, in everything), but thinks that Evolution AND Creationism are simultaneously possible?Whatever that is, I'm it I guess. waits for "o lol it means you're an indecisive idiot"

>>6028Probably agnostic. There's different levels of agnosticism.http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Agnosticism#Types_of_agnosticism
>>6028Deism. You believe a deity created the universe and don't believe that deity has anything to do with organized religion, you're a deist, simple as that. Last edited 11/04/08(Fri)15:28.

>>6032Deism is more commonly believed to be the belief that an omnipotent force created the universe then left or died. That doesn't necessarilly mean that you believe that evolution is prominent.Though I'd probably be a deist if I thought religion was worthwhile.

since you asked so nice and it was only 5 questions, i did it.
>>6035Well, yeah, that's the most common one, but a deist could still believe in an active God (though I personally don't).I am a Deist. The way Earth is aligned, being the exact distance from the sun to support life in full orbit, it just seems far too perfect to have happened by pure chance. That being said, I believe in evolution as well, the evidence supporting the theory of evolution, to me, is undeniable.I believe the universe, or at the very least, our solar system, was sort of an experiment by an external force that set things in motion and let them run their course.
