Well, assuming that the OP's post isn't a load of horse crap, and the site is actually running according to time in Germany (note the .de domain), the site would be syncronized to Central European Summer Time (UTC +2). That means it would be six hours ahead of Eastern Standard Time (UTC -5).

Actually, I'm pretty certain that Japan is all in one time zone. (Though, I get it that you're implying that it's stupid to jump to conclusions, which I do agree.) Apparently, that wasn't always the case.

It's in the Japanese timezone, which should be one timezone. Or it goes by Ai's prefecture, which should have been stated. I don't remember.
