What steps do I need to to take to create a channel? I've researched Wakaba, but I don't think I'm understanding the big picture. Anybody have any experience in creating an imageboard?

Anybody have any experience in creating an imageboard?
Also, I think it would be nice to note that I wouldn't bother poor uboachan with whatever I'm doing.
