In case anyone wonders about versions 2 and 4, version 2 is basically the same as version 1 (probably with some bug fixes), and version 5 is the same as version 4 (so 5 probably fixed some bugs in version 5). I have been unable to find version 2 anywhere, though, although I have seen someone play it, and it is the same as version 1.

Sorry, I should have explained properly to begin with.

Considering 9162 + 2625 doesn't give you a 4 digit number, perhaps here XXXX is
X multiplied by X multiplied by X multiplied by X, in other words: X to the power of 4 (X^4)
This makes the equation

X^4 = 9162 + 2625

To find the value of X, you'll need to take the 4th root of both sides
[ xroot(a^n) is the same as a^(n/x), I feel the later leaves less room for confusion, in type at least. ]

(The 4th root of X to the power of 4 is just X)
This leaves us with

X = (9162 + 2625)^(1/4) [Which you can J-J-JAM into your calculator]

I am, of course, assuming it's honestly just a math question, I know nothing about this game.

If it was muddled and confusing, I also apologise.

hey let me shed a little light on the situation since nobody seems to wanna help.

the 103.dll doesn't fuckin' exist in any RTP download i can find, so just change the ini file to read 102E instead.

problem fuckin' solved.
