ok, I'll say something. Don't worry, I'm not as trigger happy as other anonymouses are.
right, intentions are good. Detail is rough, but there. Dirty (literally), so lay off the shading for a bit.
What needs the most work is the proportions are iiiiincredibly off and that leads to askewd genders. If you're going for a man, shorten the width of the shoulders just a tad and flatten the chest, omitting nips (they're never that quite defined). Broaden the hips, but keep the squarish shape.
If you're going for girls, reeeally tone down those shoulders, squeeze in the whole midriff and pad in those hips and ass cheeks.
Faces are 'meh'. Don't worry too much about not being animu. The most important thing is no matter what style you chose, they have to be believable and exist spatially, maybe draw different expression and stretch them out a bit so they aren't defaulted to blank stares.
Last but not least, get a scanner or wacom tablet. A good, cheap flatbed is the canoscan lide. The cheapest I've seen is 60$, and it isn't so ungodly huge like other scanners.
Don't get anything but wacom if you're going for tablets. My friend got a no-name brand and she had to use batteries for the pen that kept spontaneously exploding on her.
hope that helps. I'm sure others will jump your bones more than I have. Take them with lots of salt and keep drawing. It might take years. The best thing to do is draw all over your notes in highschool and college.
