*Eyes should be roughly one eye-width apart.
*I realize you put the nose to the side like that because she's supposed to be looking slightly the other way, but it's still way off-center even for that, I'm afraid. It's also too low on the face.
*The mouth is also too low on her face. It's pretty much sitting inside her chin. This is a very common mistake! I have to correct it on my own stuff all the time.
*People's craniums are not usually much wider than their faces - her head is looking a little lightbulbish here.

That's not an excuse. It means you need to keep doing it until you get it.
A huge mistake is when people say "well, I can't draw x, so I'll just avoid trying/doing it in the first place, because it doesn't look right."

You need to stop drawing anime. Or, at least, stay away from it until you have a better understanding of the human form and skeletal/muscle structures. Seriously, take it from someone who was in your situation, but drawing anime first only makes things more difficult. Anime is an abstraction, and as with any abstraction, you need to know the rules before you can break them.
How are you "trying?" Are you really trying? Or are you just looking up animu tutorials on DA by mediocre animu artists? To really learn, you need to draw the basics first. Look up pictures of people with minimal/no clothing. Draw them, it will help you understand how the human body actually works. Look up muscle and bone charts. Draw them, it will help you understand the structure underneath the skin.
No, it's not easy. Yes, it will take work. But if you really want to get better, you'll move away from the animu and learn the nitty gritty details first. Trust me, it will help you a ton in the long run.

It depends. I have a lot of stuff. I have a bunch of nude photographs (male and female), as well as a handful of tutorials (how to draw hands, eyes, abdominal muscles, shading, etc). I mean, I might just make a separate thread, or add to the existing one.
This is a good picture to work from. Her hair is so short that you can really see the shape of her head and get a good idea of facial proportions. Try drawing her (I would skip the hair designs, at least at first).
Either way, this stuff can be found on google and art websites, you just need to look.

I know it's hard to start doing something completely different. It'll take a while, but it's worth it. It doesn't mean you have to stop drawing anime forever and ever, just to give it a break until you understand the basics more.
