Medamaude is a right hand, and Monoko's hand on her head is a left hand. Monoko has five arms sticking out of her body, and a bleeding eye. The Medamaude effect (and I assume Medamaude, can't find a pic of him though) is a hand with an eye in the center.
Coincidence!?

Also I think there is a world with pairs of hands.
I just wanted to point this out as a detail I noticed. I don't really theorize shit. It's probably just thematic.

I also think this is a demo version.
Searching in google ( katawa shoujo grid 1 ) brought me to mediafire. I usually download from there, but i don't know if you would do that.

I have an idea.
I will fuse that .rar file of the Katawa Shoujo Beta version with a random .jpg file so i can upload it. You can then download the .jpg and open it in winrar, drag and drop the containing winrar file to your desktop.
Should work, the rar file is 22MB.
When you post in this thread, i will upload the file immediately after. Probably abload. or imageshack.
