I downloaded Saya-chan's Yume Nikki OST the other day and was inspired to transcribe sheet music for it. Here is the final product: 5 pages with about 30 of Yume Nikki's music tracks and sound effects transcribed for the piano. It should include all the pieces with anything resembling a melody--obviously not all the music in Yume Nikki can be played on a piano. The original filenames are on the left above each piece, and the common title is on the right with the track number from Saya-chan's soundtrack download.

(Minor Update: I messed around with the file's format a little because the bottom got cut off when I printed it out. Hopefully that problem should be fixed now.)

In the interest of saving space, I only printed each loop once, and most of the tunes with multiple voices have been put onto one staff. As they are now, very few of the pieces would stand alone well, but I imagine having this will make life a bit easier for anyone wanting to make remixes/arrangements.

I guess this post can serve as a short introduction as well: I found out about Yume Nikki a year or so ago, but didn't ever play it until last week (because I'm a lazy bum and I didn't want to mess around with Wine on my Mac at first). I play the piano, and I really like video game music.

Hello everyone, If you have a Psp with custom firmware you're more than likely aware that you can change the sounds that are made while scrolling through your XMB (cross media bar) also known as a system_plugin.rco file or "click sound" here's a sample of what can be done

So I had a plan to make a Yume Nikki themed sound set for firmware 6.39.
(If any other firmware is wanted I'll try to work on that too.)

So far all I have is the scream noise when Mado stabs and the Cat effect noise.

I'm asking for you guys to post up all the sounds you'd like to hear in the system_plugin.rco, once I'm done making the file I want to share it here with the Yume Nikki community.

So far for what I have planned is

It's not going to be hard, but it must be done.
For I have not found a single download for this specific thing.
I am getting every background sound and song from Yume Nikki, and looping them for a specific amount of time.
It is easy but I want to know what the majority wants:

Each sound/song looped so-many-times each. Like BGM_001 looped 10 times.
Or looped for a specific amount a time. Like BGM_001 looped for five minutes.

I'll upload when it is done.

Oh gosh yes! This is going to be so cool!

I gave it a little look-see. Some of the tracks that were "unused" are, I think. Like the unused FC one is the music for Sabi's console game. Otherwise no issues.

I was bored and decided to make this.

It comes in two flavors: 32-bit and 64-bit. Both for Windows. Just choose the one for your OS version.

It's just a fullscreen SDL app with Monoko spinning around on the screen while her music plays. Just like the real thing in-game.

Note: It can be a bit laggy on high resolutions (1080p, for example)

Guys, I hate to ask this. I cannot seem to find the latest version of 2kki. Or at least on a page I can understand. Could someone give me a direct link please. I can't even find a rapidshare. English preferable if it exists.

Bumping this, because I also need Japanese/English version of the latest 2kki AND a working file for .flow that doesn't have the damn error messages. :/

and because I lurk the /tkki/ board far too much. here's the latest version of Yume 2kki - it's a relatively sloppy version, so here's some info on what to do:

1) MAKE SURE YOU HAVE JAPANESE LOCALE INSTALLED ON YOUR COMPUTER. This will generally get rid of about 99.9% of problems with 2kki and .flow. If you don't know how to do so, refer to this thread --> http://uboachan.net/tkki/res/534.xhtml#534
2) Download this, version 0.094c of 2kki --> http://www.mediafire.com/?wm8o0vk9qhlq36q
and extract it into a normal folder.
3) Repeat step 2, only with an older version of 2kki (i.e. this --> http://www.megaupload.com/?d=H8N4BUG3).
3) Drag the new version's folder onto the old version. Answer "Yes to All" if it warns you about copypasta-ing files.
4) ????
5) PROFIT!

lol rust seems to be a little better with keeping files condensed and cleaning them up, so .flow is usually all on one file.
http://www.mediafire.com/?u5oxw5vq8sh9koh <-- here is an english translated version of .flow that should work without japanese locale. all of the credit goes to the very wonderful PSI for taking the time to fix up .flow like that; I'm just repostin' all the links for you guys.

Hey, does anyone have the music that plays with this guy from Yume 2kki? In that neon tile world when you step on the flashy one. I need to show it to a friend lol.

Can't you just show a video? Or maybe play the game and show him?

because i'm kind of sick of seeing people going "I CAN'T RUN FANGAMES WHERE'S THE RTP FOR RPG MAKER BLUH BLUH", i figure i'd just upload it here on ubuuchan so they don't have to scramble around on other sites. useful for running most fangames like .flow and 2kki.

>> No.765   [Delete]   [Edit]

My .flow demands the japanese rtp for rpgm2003. I was hoping the 2000 would work but .flow was not appeased. Would you be so kind as to share the 2003?

>> No.767   [Delete]   [Edit]

I don't know if this is somehow a feature unique to the translated version of RPG Maker, but you can try adding the following line to RPG_RT.ini and it should no longer require the RTP:
