Her name in kanji is written 窓付き while the kanji for moon is 月

Tsuki can be 'with', 'is', 'attached'. Like a liar can be called 'usotsuki', 'uso' meaning lie.
So "Madotsuki" can be either a window or something with a window on it, though I think having a window makes more sense than being one.
