I know that "mado" means window, but what about the "tsuki" part of her name? Does that mean anything?
it means 'moon', doesn't it?
Well, it could, but I'm not necessarily so sure. Her name in kanji is written 窓付き while the kanji for moon is 月
From what I know, it means 'moon' and 'month'.
窓付き can be translated as 'Aperture'
well,in fact it means "window attached" Just the way you describe a house with windowsMost of the people thinks that it's because of the window frame on her shirt

Doesn't "Tsuki" also mean "with"?(Sorry, still learning Japanese here...)
Tsuki can be 'with', 'is', 'attached'. Like a liar can be called 'usotsuki', 'uso' meaning lie.So "Madotsuki" can be either a window or something with a window on it, though I think having a window makes more sense than being one.
