So, where did the cat effect move to? It doesn't seem to be in the psychedelic world anymore (yet for some reason the game still clues you that it is ala the paw-print trail)

Keep going in and out of it until instead there's 2 sewage pipes right in front of you as apposed to one. (Be careful. It doesn't stay if you exit.) Interact with the pipe, (It'll make a splash.) then step back out. Equip slime effect and go near the huge slime.Have a nice pleasant walk.Die horribly.
