Extract with applocaled 7zip and etc. Usual japanese stuff. Then run shimeji.exe.

I'm not sure if shimejis are very well known, so here goes: it's sort of a desktop buddy thing. It's a little character that walks on your desktop and climbs your windows and stuff like that.
Anyway, Amoyu (an artist from Pixiv) made this cute little shimeji that changes into various fangame characters depending on the pose. Most of the 'big' fangames are there as well as some not so big ones.

Pic related, it's Al. He shows up when you hold and move it to the sides. Kazenori does as well.
