Yume Nisshi (New game but already has lots of stuff)
Non-Japanese:
Dreamscaper, (v0.02, but antgirl1 is working on v0.03)
Inspiration (v0.03, still doesn't have much stuff)

There are more non-japanese ones but I haven't seen any playable betas for them.

I'm not really sure where all of them come from, but I can say at least half are still being produced and unreleased. Most of the first half are either unreleased or just too obscure. A lot of them I know from pixiv fanart only. I'm about to sleep so I can't really go get them right now, but I think I can find donwload links for the fangames that are in fact released. I'm starting a list though, so I might put it up by tomorrow.

I really like how every one of these games and characters are based on Yume Nikki, but can pretty much become something entirely different. Not trying to please, but Answered Prayers is a good example of a fangame that's pretty different from the original.

I think the fact that some people actually like it means it wasn't a complete fail. There's a lot of fangames that aren't as good as 2kki or .flow, but people (including me) still love it. Kazenori, for example, doesn't have much of a game and it's been pretty much replaced, but he shows up constantly in japanese fanart.
