Hey /cos/. I want to cosplay as Madotsuki, but I don't have bangs. What to do?

>> No.697   [Delete]   [Edit]

A wig? Or...a temporary re-styling of your hair?

>> No.699   [Delete]   [Edit]

I'm letting my hair grow just for cosplaying, since I'm poor and can't afford a decent wig to make braids...
So yeah umm, get a haircut? D:

>> No.703   [Delete]   [Edit]

My hair is long enough for braiding it and looking like Mado's, so there's no need in a wig. I might as well get bangs.

Make a lamp head out of cardboard and wear it over your head.

I might do that now.
I love you anon, you saved my hair.

instead of cardboard use something you can see through, or you'll be a blind

tinted plastic/glass

Or make a Stoplight out of a large cardboard box.

>> No.732   [Delete]   [Edit]

>>717
I was just thinking that.

You can look on eBay and find clip-in bangs.

Haircuts don't make hair grow, silly.

>> No.1031   [Delete]   [Edit]

you can get your hair cut to give you bangs, and they look nicer anyways.

Grow your hair 6_9

>> No.1052   [Delete]   [Edit]

LOL yes it does. It's the same concept as trimming a tree to stimulate growth. Obviously you dont sheer the whole thing off, but a little trimming helps. The same thing happens with nails, which is why most of the time, if you dont trim your nails for months, they dont get long like fake ghetto woman nails

>> No.1054   [Delete]   [Edit]

>>1052
You are mistaken.
Trimming your hair doesn't make your hair grow, it just gets rid of split ends. Think about it, your hair gets shorter when it's cut, trimming is cutting. Durr.
Hair will only grow half an inch a month, on average. Nothing really speeds that up.
And obviously you can't compare trees to hair. They're (gasp!) NOT THE SAME.

>>1028
haircuts make bangs
how else do you get a part of hair in your face that's shorter than the rest
because that's what bangs are
hair growth isn't even the issue here who cares

>> No.1057   [Delete]   [Edit]

>>1056
obviously these people have never gotten haircuts before.

>> No.1068   [Delete]   [Edit]

A lifetime of Flowbe haircuts from their grandmas will make somebody bias

>> No.1069   [Delete]   [Edit]

All of the haircut arguments aside, I recommend buying clip-on bangs. They usually work very well, and the ones I bought weren't too expensive.

sacrifice a chicken and ask Lucifer to grow you some bangs. If all else fails, find someone with longer hair than you with the same color, kill them, then cut their hair off and stick it on your head.

Urban Outfitters sells clip on bangs now

no joke.
