You could get a white spandex bodysuit. Then you'll only have to worry about making sure your face looks right. Pic... Sort of unrelated because it's not a YN cosplay, but the girl's actually black.

If online shopping's OK, then I'd jest search for a white zentai on google shopping. They come with masks, but I'm pretty sure they're not attached to the suit itself. ...And if they are, I don't think cutting it off will kill it. I only found out because I wanna do a Slenderman costume one day. >_> Still need to find some good stilts...If that doesn't work, I think you might be able to get something at a costume shop when those open. Those usually don't have the hands attached however. Good luck!
