Just wanted to share this piece of information, if isn't known.The Parrot that gives you Neon in Neon World runs away if you pull a knife on it. On the wikipedia, it says only Masada and Dave Spector run at the site of the knife.Sorry if this is known.
My friend, I beleive you are a bit slow on the times.A lot of characters run from the knife. Hell, there are some legs in one world that, the moment you pull the knife, they start jumping away at super speeds.Masada and spector are special because they move backwards from you.However, spector moves left and right backwards anyways, so that sort of cuts him out of the loop.
