I think-
Numbers World has something to do with the fear of being called an idiot in class. Like, being called up to the bored and not being able to answer the problems. The room full of eye people could go with that. And the beds- she wants to be somewhere nice (asleep), but she can't be. The Toriningen is the teacher who wants her to just get on with it, and the guilliotine room, Mado's over exaggerated fear of ridicule. Kyu-Kyu is the grades she wants (good, and his face represents her doubt of getting them.) And FACE, the reality that she is failing.
Neon World- Happiness, that she gets from goofing off by herself. PLaying videogames, watching things with colors, and art overall. Or, the colors that she sees.
Sheild Folk World- Old memories. The people represent old dolls that she's lost/given away, and she can't remeber their faces or many details. The cat, some kinda purse that may have been stolen from her. (The cat NPC goes sorta fast, and the stoplight could represent the crosswalk signs, that switch when the cars pass. If the cars went, and the hand was red, the person would have to think and move out of there some other way. Thinking takes while~ ) And the balls, something like those rubberballs, or a disco ball~!
Candle World- Comfort. Maybe her lights went out often, so someone gave her candles for then. She'd feel safe. The running gnome would represent how funny "scary things" looked when the candle wasn't lit. And the godspeed toriningen, represents how fast the candle could go out some nights, but how it would last her whole rest some nights.
Eyeball World- Uh, I got little for this. Maybe she was afraid of becoming insane, or just a fear of strangers, as a family memeber told her. The eyes represent how she thought the people would look at her, the arms for how they'd grab to carry her off, and the legs how fast they could come get her, or run from her when she screamed. (Knife effect..?)
That world where you get the bike- A path she used to take to the mall. I dunno.
Mural World- Shields she used to keep people she hated out. Or, mean words she dressed up smartly. She won't see her defense system as ugly, because they started it.
Snow World- A normal snow day when everyone was out of school. It was kind of a windy day, so Mado would see figures in the snow (Yuki-Onna ), and her friend, who was slow and wouldn't look when she yelled "A demon!", never got what she was talking about ( Kamurako?) Her and her friend made igloos all day, with adult rooting them on once or twice. But, in the end, it couldn't compare to her ex best-friends and her (scary) new BFF's awesome igloos. Then they went to Kamurako's house and had hot choclate. I dunno.
Dark World- Fear of the dark. The knife shows what she thought could hurt her. Pissipini shows what she created in her mind to be afraid of her.
Puddle World- Fun alone in the rain~! The relection of the sun could show even though it was dark, it was really nice and fun~!
Block World- A horrid day at school that her and her friend Mafuurako (Which I kinda think is Kamurako~) made awesome. Mafuurako showed her new people (she leads you to a path that leads to the White Desert) and paths around the school that were fun. Mado was having so much fun, she almost thought Mafuurako wasn't there.
Forest World- Trying a new path to get somewhere. She meet some teens getting high, and they were giggling and all that crap, anbd then they were like "RUN OR THE BOOGEY MAN WILL GET'CHA :U" So. she peddled off, looking behind for the boogeyman she swore to herself she could see (Face Carpet Plaza Toriningen)
...ok, I just pulled that out from no where. ffffffff Yay for suckage.
