Here comes another one. I'm focusing on the actual worlds instead of the characters them selves.
--
Forest World- Maybe she really enjoyed playing in the forest, and she always played with her siblings, pretending they were ghost. Maybe that explains the drooling ghosts. There were also a lot of frogs in the forest explaining frog effect.
Block World - Madotsuki enjoyed playing with her toy blocks in daycare, and one of her friends was the floating hat and scarf. Maybe Madotsuki went up to confront her with something having to do with stoplights, showing hat and scarf's face. Explaining what happens if you use stoplight on her.
Dark Puddle World - Madotsuki really enjoyed playing in the rain. She was walking down a different path one day, when she saw a run over corpse.
Dark World - One of her parents were murdered in the dark. He set down the knife somewhere and Madotsuki wounded the murderer. The one-eyed ghost is one of her siblings, clinging to her with a scared expression.
Snow World - Madotsuki loved snow, just as much as she loved rain. I think that Hat-and-Scarf is the same sleeping girl in the igloo, so she went over to play with her alot. When she wasn't sleeping...The Toriningen is one of her neighbors, and Poniko is the rich kid who lives in the castle behind a lake.
Aztec Mural World - Madotsuki got really into art, she enjoyed drawing Aztecs for some reason. Though some bullys always made fun of her art. One had Blond hair, and one had brown hair. That's how Madotsuki view those two girls in her dreams.
Squeaky Tile World - More of her artistic abilities. Her Mom bought her a bicycle to ride to the mall so she could get art supplies. But she ended up spending her money on a flute...
Legs and Arms World - There were a lot of murder and horror shows on T.V. She was really scared of them, and always had to leave the room whena hand with an eyeball on it or something appeared (Medamaude)
Candle World - Madotsuki celebrated Hanukkah and always danced around the candle lights (the Midget) and those bullies would celebrate Christmas. They would always glare at Madotsuki when she walked by their window when they were celebrating Christmas. (The Toriningen in the Christmas world).
???? World - I don't exactly now what this world is, could some one tell me its name?
Neon World - Madotsuki went to a pet shop and saw a parrot. It had bright neon colors, and she tended to paint it alot. It always seemed to light the room with new colors every day.
Numbers World - Madotsuki was bad in Math or something, and she usually had to stay up late finishing her homework (lamp effect) She had a lot of students in her classroom that didn't pay much mind to her, so they liked to push her around alot (the room full of those guys). Kyukyu was one of the teachers who understood and usually had a chat with her, which compelled her. Also, Toriningen are her teachers.
White Desert - Might as well squeeze this in. Monoko and Monoe were poor, so they lived in some cut-off place in the world. I think the White Desert wasn't about Madotsuki, but about some of the secrets Monoko and Monoe told Madotsuki. Well? Well?

Okay, I wanted to edge away from dark terrible depressing past Mado, to normal happy life with a few twists Mado. Sorry if Numbers World wasn't really about Numbers World, and I had nothing for ???? World. So there.
