If people have a problem with the quality of posts, I'll clean it up. I don't want to, though, since all that's going to do is annoy a chunk of the community. If everyone worries about meeting my unwritten standards every time they post the site will suffer for it. I'd rather see the problem solved with users making more good posts to drown out the bad posts.
I browse 4chan a lot, so who knows? I could even be responsible for some of the posts you don't like (though honestly, I don't post a whole lot, so it's unlikely).
If there is a post that you don't like, then report it! I'm serious. Apart from /co/ I'm the only person in charge of moderating this site and there's a hell of a lot to moderate (I know this is A Bad Thing, I'm going to look into recruiting some mods). I check over the boards when I can but I can't be expected to spot every little problem. I see every reported post on the site on a nice, convenient list and the list is always empty. I've seen maybe 20 reports since I created the site and I check daily.

I never banned bumbaloe, unless he was spamming Russian CP links or something like that. Obvious spam gets banned right away, but other than that I'm pretty light on the banhammer. I should probably use it a bit more, looking at this thread.
