because i'm kind of sick of seeing people going "I CAN'T RUN FANGAMES WHERE'S THE RTP FOR RPG MAKER BLUH BLUH", i figure i'd just upload it here on ubuuchan so they don't have to scramble around on other sites. useful for running most fangames like .flow and 2kki.
My .flow demands the japanese rtp for rpgm2003. I was hoping the 2000 would work but .flow was not appeased. Would you be so kind as to share the 2003?
I don't know if this is somehow a feature unique to the translated version of RPG Maker, but you can try adding the following line to RPG_RT.ini and it should no longer require the RTP:FullPackageFlag=1
