So is this just here for the he
If a certain condition is met a Kaibutsu appears in the bottom of the well, and in the Rust dream world there's a demon there
>>7566And what would that certain condition be? Unless it's just random?
Sorry, I accidentally clicked 'submit' when I wasn't done typing. I meant, "So is this just here for the hell of it?"And yeah, I want to know about this "certain condition". What is it?

>>7566Wow, I had no idea! What do we have to do?
>>7567>>7573>>7575So many interested people. Ok then, here's the dealFirst of all, every time you enter your subconscious world a value is set between 0 and 100 randomly. This value has to be over 70 for the Kaibutsu to appear, so you've got a 30% chance for this to happen every time you try it. Now, there's a passive Kaibutsu in that plant-covered location, walking in front of an entrance blocked with vines (the one which only clears up after you kill the little girl hiding in the middle of a vegetation patch). You have to attack THIS specific passive Kaibutsu. Attacking other passive Kaibutsus will NOT trigger the eventAfter that, just go to the well and see the results. I can post my client, which always has the variable set to 100 (a lot of special events depend on that variable) if you're too lazy and want to see it for sure on the first tryPic related, it's me and my Kaibitch Last edited 11/06/16(Thu)20:04.

Looks like Rust is too mature to play FC games...You actually stay like this the whole FC world until you go back through the stairs, then you return to the normal Rust sprite. However, if you continue to be corrupted by the demon in the well, when you leave the FC world you will LOOK like the original Rust, but you will still have the corruption you accumulated inside you, so if you corrupt yourself to the brink of death, you will leave looking just dandy, but you will explode if another demon touched you...Also I didnt see any Kaibutsu after hitting the Kaibitch

I KNEW there was something in that damned well. I was so pissed the first time I got there, I was like, "Wow, I've waited so long to be able to go down here and look at the result."Funny story, when I had one hit left during the Rust chapter, I decided to go to the FC world. After exploring the ruins again, I figured the red creatures wouldn't be there when I'm in fami sprite form, and decided to take one last look in the well again before leaving. I'm sure you can imagine my reaction.

>>7583Well, 30% isn't THAT good a percentage. Plus he's just a regular Kaibutsu, with the exception that he doesn't move or attack you. You'll have to interact with him if you want to get trapped. Go ahead, you know you wanna get trapped

>>7579Oh god I had no idea the well actually had any use! Thank you so much man!Mind telling us what events depend on that variable? Just to know if it's worth bothering you to upload that client Last edited 11/06/18(Sat)12:21.

>>7608As far as I know both the Killer Kaibutsu and the dying girls events depend on this variable. But it seems like I actually fucked up a little. Instead of needing to be at 100, they need to be at specific intervals. The dying girls one needs to be between 40 and 70, the Killer Kaibutsu between 40 and 90I've just changed the lines so they'll all appear. Just so you know the full list of "changes", I also made it so the Sugar menu scheme appears whenever you eat cake at the bar. Apparently it only started appearing after the 4th time you ate cake. More like Diabetes menu scheme

Maybe the changes to the RNG events should be a separate download. (...Are they?) After all, it wouldn't do to change Yume Nikki so that the zipper was always stabbable or that it was always Madotsuki's bed that led you to the basement.
>>7612What do you mean? I'm not changing anything in your original folders. If you choose to download just make a separate folder for this version. It's not like it changes the game that much after you know about the events in question, anyway

>>7611Thank you SO much! Everytime I wanted to show the dying girls to a few friends it took ages for me to get the event! This is really awesome. btw, will this delete my save files? I really don't want to start from scratch...
>>7618You're very welcome mate. And no, as I've said in a previous post, if you extract it to a new folder, instead of the folder with the original game, nothing will be changed in the original at allThe saves, though, are kept in the game's folder. So, while you won't have to start all over again, you'll only have my saves there. However, you can copy your own saves over if you want. Just copy all Save(number).lsd files from the original folder to the one with the modified gameIn case you can't be bothered, then my first save is right after getting all the effects, before entering the Rust dream world, and my 3rd save is after finding all 3 true ending objects in the Rust dream world. No idea what's in the second one
